Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn / unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at jonashiroto66@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care / beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the condition requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
